ClosetCurate is an AI-powered wardrobe management and personal styling platform. The Service allows users to upload images of their clothing, receive AI-generated outfit suggestions, create moodboards, and interact with a style community. Features may change over time as we continue to develop the platform.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to ClosetCurate, including clothing images and profile information ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant ClosetCurate a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

• Is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or obscene.
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Violates the privacy or rights of any other person.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service without our written permission.

Certain features of ClosetCurate may require payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Subscription plans will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at [email protected] if you have a billing concern.

ClosetCurate uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions and styling recommendations. These suggestions are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. We do not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions will be suitable for any particular occasion, body type, or personal preference. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

All content, design, code, and materials on ClosetCurate (excluding User Content) are the intellectual property of ClosetCurate or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party platforms (such as eBay, Poshmark, or Vinted for resale). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we disclaim all warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClosetCurate and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
